Job Description




In Home Sales:


Residential heating and cooling company in Northern Colorado has an opportunity for an accomplished sales rep regardless of what you’ve been selling.

We have pride in our team and the skilled work we do, and are looking for a driven individual that can fully capitolize on the market.

Job Duties

  • Calling on existing business customers
  • Acquiring new business from pre-qualified leads
  • Preparing sales presentations
  • Discovers customer’s wants and needs and provides them with numerous options.
  • Distribute quotations FAST to homeowners
  • Demonstrates technical expertise and maintains a high level of credibility.
  • Calculating a heat loss and heat gain for any heating or A/C new installs or replacements
  • Drawings detailing the work that is to be done must be sketched out.
  • Once customer has accepted proposal must prepare paperwork for installation detailing the work and material that is required.
  • Works closely with installing technicians to maintain relationship with the customer and over see project
  • Does follow-up calls by phone and in person to the customer after the installation to answer all remaining questions and to facilitate a strong referal network
  • Effectively writes, and presents proposals.
  • Negotiates value, and CLOSES the deal!


Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years home improvement or related sales experience.
  • Experience and trained in the residential replacement and add-on sales market
  • Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined
  • Strong needs-based sales skills and a passion for excellence
  • Working knowledge of MS computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
