Quality 1st Plumbing, Heating and Air is currently seeking customer service and dispatch experts to facilitate and meet the needs of our customers, service experts, and office staff. Call center experience within the industry is desired but not a requirement. All candidates must have a drive and desire for success and growth. We provide all training for the on boarding process and continued training to grow and develop the skills of our staff. All applicants must demonstrate a willingness to lean and provide the best service possible to all our customers both internal and external. Reliability, honesty, and integrity are a big part of our business model and candidates needs to share and demonstrate those characteristics daily. All applicants must be detail oriented and analytical, courteous, polite, dependable, and professional with both customers and fellow staff members. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering inbound call for customers requiring service
• Make outbound calls for follow up purposes as well as driving additional sales and revenue
• Data entry and job review with proprietary software
• Scheduling and rescheduling of service calls
• Identify priority leads and assign jobs to the right technician that best suits the customer
• Type in notes for each job per detail levels set by management
• Provide point of contact for customers and service experts relating to any jobs for all customers
• Review all jobs after close out to ensure data entry requirements are met

Desired skills and experience:
• Experience in dispatching is desired but not required
• Experience in small to large call center environments
• PC Skills and basic knowledge of Windows based platforms as well as MS Office software
• Must have a willingness to learn and grow
• Must be courteous and polite with all customers and staff members
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be dependable, honest, and driven
• Detail oriented and analytical of daily, weekly, and monthly trends and for data entry purposes
• Must be able to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently
• Excellent job history and stability
• Should be able to type minimum 60 wpm
• Must be able to pass our background check and drug screen
• Sales skills are a bonus and candidates with phone sales are strongly encouraged to apply
