Kraemer North America (Kraemer) is currently searching for experienced Carpenters to work on our bridge project in Edwards, CO.  These positions will work under the direction of a Carpenter Foreman and will be responsible for building rough wooden structures such as concrete forms, falsework, and scaffolding by safely completing quality work that meets Kraemer North America standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with Kraemer Safety and Quality Programs by working safely 
  • General ability to understand blueprints to determine dimensions of structures
  • Accurately measure materials with proper measuring tools
  • Knowledge of and ability to safely operate equipment (lifts)
  • Knowledge of and ability to safely operate hand and power tools
  • Repetitive use of hands and wrists with various tools, including fine motor movements and manipulations
  • Ability to work at various heights utilizing appropriate PPE
  • Walking on uneven ground; exposure to cold/hot temperatures, and dusty or dirty/greasy surroundings


  • Previous carpenter experience working in highway/heavy construction (preferably bridge experience
  • Proven ability to perform work in a safe manner
  • Previous experience working with power tools
